We aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 working days once we have received your order. We use Royal Mail postal service and which is not tracked.

Please specify where your goods are to be delivered to when you place your order. We offer a gift wrapping service if requested with a personalised message.
We also offer a click and collect service. Orders placed will be ready the following day for collection during opening times from our Bristol shop. We do not send a notification email..
Postage costs are calculated on weight. With a maximum standard U.K. delivery rate of £6. EU maximum rate of £15. International maximum rate of £20.
Next day delivery is available for all U.K. orders placed before 2pm.
Returns. Please note all cut fabric is non-exchangeable.
If you change your mind the product needs to be returned to us, as new, accompanied by proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of item. Once the goods have been received a full refund will be given. The customer is responsible for return postage.
If goods are found to be faulty, not as a result of any damage incurred in posting, a full refund including return posting will be offered. A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of faulty goods. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase. We cannot refund for items lost in transit. Please allow 14 days for your return to be exchanged or processed but please be assured it will be dealt with as speedily as possible.
Goods That Go Missing In Transit.
Unfortunately sometimes goods are delayed or go missing in transit. The Post Office do not consider a parcel to be lost until 28 days after posting.
We ask you to wait 14 days after posting for your parcel to arrive. If it has still not arrived we will send you a replacement and ask you to return the original package if it arrives at a later date.
